About Me
Welcome to Wit & Wear!
At Wit & Wear, we're all about spreading joy and laughter through our unique designs. Let me introduce myself - I'm Ola, the Chief Humor Officer behind this creative endeavor.
The inspiration for Wit & Wear struck during a challenging time in my life. In September of 2022, I found myself at my Dad's side in the ICU, as he battled the aftermath of a series of strokes. The strokes affected the area of his brain responsible for his personality, changing him in ways we never expected.
Despite the difficult circumstances, my Dad's sense of humor remained
intact. He had a knack for delivering sarcastic one-liners with a straight face, and it was something we all cherished. During those moments of reflection and amidst the ups and downs in the hospital, I picked up my iPad and started designing.
I created something I knew would make my Dad giggle in that hospital room. It was a way to connect with him and bring a smile to his face, even when words failed us.
And so, Wit & Wear was born from the ashes of those trying times. It's a tribute to my Dad, whose humor continues to inspire me every day. While he may no longer be with us, his legacy lives on through the laughter we aim to spread with our designs.
