If you have any misprinted, broken stuff, or major issues, you must let us know within a month of getting the goods, or it's no dice. This would not be a good time to procrastinate. If you think your package is lost in the mail, make a claim before 30 days, or it's gone forever! When something goes wrong, and it's our fault, we gotcha back! We'll pay to correct our errors.
If the address you give is too vague for the delivery dude, they'll ship it straight back to us—how's that for efficient service? But, of course, once we've double-checked and made sure your address is up to date, it'll be your responsibility to foot the bill if we have to send your package on a road trip back to you (if that's even necessary).
We ship your packages back to our crib if they hang out too long without an owner. But you'll have to foot the bill to get it back if you still want it.
Wit & Wear sees sealed goods as similar to a bad break-up; once it's over, there's no going back. Therefore, we do not accept the return of sealed goods. This includes but is not limited to face masks because these items are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene concerns. You agree that any orders that are returned with face masks will not be reshipped but will be thrown away.
Before returning any products, please get in touch with us. Except for customers in Brazil, we do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse. At our discretion and at your expense, we may accept returns of unopened products, including face masks, and requests to exchange sizes. Customers in Brazil who are unhappy with their purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their desire to return the item within 7 days of receiving it, along with a picture. The request for the withdrawal of the product will be evaluated to determine whether or not the product was used or wholly destroyed, even in part. A refund will not be possible in these cases.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons; therefore, Wit & Wear reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
